Review | Neal’s Yard Remedies White Tea Facial Mask

Neal’s Yard is a beautiful and discreet backstreet located in London’s hip Covent Garden. There you will find a delightful health and beauty store of the same name, filled with organic treats and goodies. Popping in with a friend one afternoon, I couldn’t resist sampling a few products and splurging. We also dipped into Homeslice, a top-notch pizza place right next door with the biggest pizzas I’ve ever seen. I’m getting distracted. Story for another time! Feeling cheeky, I indulged in a face mask. Somehow I ended up with only one in my collection – ludacris! The White Tea Enriching Facial Mask is a thing of sweet depth. Rich and musky smelling with a slight spicy undertone, it smells delightfully fresh. So it should, when 59% comes from organic origins. The packaging is dreamy; a Moroccan, deep blue with hints of purple that catches the light beautifully. It feels sturdy to boot. Great for popping in your travel bag. The consistency is thick and glossy and a little goes a long way. The colour is quite bland and leaves much to be desired but as it is an organic product I wouldn’t expect anything else. Earthy tones equals no artificial colouring. The clay-like consistency can feel quite tight and drying while on, however, when washed off turns into a gorgeous milky formula leaving the skin feeling smooth and plump.

The White Tea Face Mask retails for £25.75.
