Nothing beats a health kick. Due to my recent delve into a wheat-free/dairy-free diet (kill me now), I’ve been experimenting with an assortment of wonderful new flavours, recipes and ingredients that usually I would have deemed too complex. My everyday breakfast of the moment? This champion of champions. Almond milk and cinnamon porridge, heaped with teaspoons of homemade cashew “Nutella”. Topped with bananas and scattered with cranberries and dessicated coconut. It only takes a few extra minutes to brighten up a bowl of plain ol’ oats. Occasionally, I mix it up. Strawberries one day, almond flakes with a healthy squeeze of agave syrup. Simple to make and too pretty to resist.
