Everybody hates Monday mornings. A mixture of the cold and the fact that you duvet acts like a cave of warmth makes it near impossible to crawl out of bed. At least yesterday morning I had my advent calendar leading me forth. It presented me the Rosapene™ Night Cream from Trilogy. Firstly the packaging was delightful. Simple and sturdy, it has a medicinal look that I like. It makes what I’m putting on my face more than a gimmick. The product contains their trademark Rosapene formula with the main aroma smelling heavily of Rose, creating a dreamlike calming effect. I imagine wearing this to bed would be relaxing, allowing you to swiftly sink into a deep sleep. It also contains Manuka Honey which is a natural antiseptic. The texture is thick and creamy. Silky. Refreshing. Exactly what you want in a night cream. It needs to last. This is a certified natural product. I have eczema so anything with fragrance in is a big no no and I can see parfum in the ingredients list, however, looking on the website it explains that this is a blend of 100% essential oils. My only gripe is that this should be more clearly labelled. I would’ve been put off from buying if I hadn’t done more research. Saying that the brand’s website has an ingredient index, perfect for those that love to be in the know! This really is a lovely product for for someone who wants a little bit of luxury before bedtime.
The Rosapene™ Night Cream retails at £28.50 for 60ml.
