Review | Benefit Erase Paste

Erase Paste is one of those products everybody shouts and raves about. As with all Benefit products it looks super cute in it’s miniature pink pot. The consistency is creamy and the fair shade is the perfect balance of both yellow and pink. However, ultimately I was left unimpressed. It gave me light crease marks after 5 minutes of application and one hour later I had a seriously thick and distinct upper eyelid line. Previously in my Garnier concealer review this was mentioned as my top pet peeve, nothing can bring this sucker back for me now. If eye wrinkles and creasing aren’t your problem, there are many reviews praising its ability to cover dark circles. The mole on my left eye was covered adequately, although the concealer felt like it could slip off at any moment. The product boasts brightening but I didn’t notice anything distinct. As a self confessed Benefit fan girl I feel terribly guilty. With powder it stands a chance but really, “ain’t nobody got time for that”
